Remarkable Healthy Society


What causes Japanese people to live so long? Japan is one of  the most rapidly aging societies in the world and a quarter of the population is 65 years or older. However, the Japanese average life expectancy was around 30 years old in 1800s. Japan has become an aged society with developed medical system. Japan has companies that encourages Japanese healthy living. They have dining halls using special ideas for our health, especially employees. Moreover, there are some tips that Japanese people use to be healthy. They have deep community and help each other even if people are elder people. This presentation will show why Japan is one of a long-lived country and how Japanese society support their health.
