MFWI Extension Writing Class

I really enjoyed learning and shopping in Pasco and Oregon. I traveled by bus to Portland from November 9 to 12 with Extension students who are studying abroad together for 4 months. It took about 7 hours to get there. This drive was the longest hours for me and the last trip in this semester. I was quit looking forward to going in there. One of the reasons I enjoyed the trip is that Portland is urban city. I participated in Japanese class and taught the students about Japan. There are pretty people who are studying Japanese more than I expected. My partner was very interested in Japan. I taught her how to make  craft and kabuto which is a Japanese traditional hat. Do you know that Portland is said to be one of the best places to live? Portland, "the City of Roses", is the largest city in Oregon. Extension students went to Portland to learn history and culture from November 9th to 12th. I understood why Portland is said to be one of the best place to live. Portland is artistic, peaceful and fantastic. I went on the Portland trip on November 9th to November 12th with the extension students and a teacher Sarah. This was the last trip in the extension program. I went there by bus and it took about 6 hours. The biggest feature of Portland is that it is tax free. So I really looked forward to going shopping. Also I enjoyed talking with university students and learning the history about Lewis and Clark. I think this trip was one of the most awesome trip ever for three reasons: going shopping, the Columbia Basin College, and the Lewis and Clark Museum. Have you ever been to Portland? I’ve been there on November 9 to 12 and it was my first time to go there. I had a really good time there. Now, I will concentrate on things that I was impressed with during this trip. I went to many wonderful places and it was an exciting trip. I’ll tell you about my fabulous trip. There were three things that were fabulous about this trip to me: the Columbia Basin College, a men’s basketball game, and shopping. I made wonderful memories that will last my lifetime in the Portland trip with my friends from the extension program. We went on the trip from November 9-12. While we were there we stayed at a beautiful hotel. I have never been to Portland, so I got good experiences, especially Columbia Basin College, Portland Art Museum and Portland Saturday Market. I really enjoyed this trip and I wanted to continue my time there. I think this trip was the best experience in my life because of many opportunities to learn American culture. Awesome Portland Trip Experiences Traveling is exciting, isn’t it? I extremely enjoyed the educational Portland trip with extension students from November 9 to 12. I went to many nice places, such as Museums, Powell’s bookstore, the Saturday market, and so on.  On my trip, I was able to have three awesome experiences. My favorite experiences were going to Columbia Basin College, visiting Uwajimaya: a Japanese grocery store, and watching a men’s basketball game. First, I had a wonderful experience going to Columbia Basin College on the first day. I was really glad to see the Japanese class students again because some students visited MFWI during the Spring semester. I introduced MFWI to the students and we had a nice time. Have you ever been to Portland? I went on the Portland trip which was from November 9th to November 12th with my classmates. We went to Portland by bus and we stopped at Columbia Basin College. First of all, I had an absolutely wonderful time at Columbia Basin College on November 9th. The mascot of Columbia Basin College is hawks and it is really cool and stylish. I had a conversation partner who is an American and learns Japanese. I absolutely enjoyed talking with him. We talked about Japanese culture, American culture, our hobbies and so on. I had wonderful times with all extension student in Portland. In four days, I experienced a lot of things that I had never been before, such as talking with Columbia Basin College students, buying the items which made by people in Portland and enjoying at the huge bookstore. In these places, I learned a lot of new information and found amazing places in Portland.There were three places on the trip that impressed me most. I had a great time in the admirable city Portland. In the early November, I went to Portland as my study trip with extension students for 5 days. I could feel the history and beauty of Portland a lot. I especially enjoyed meeting people. Every experiences that I had was reasonable. I would like to share my 3 best memories of this trip. My great friends! First, on our way to go to Portland, we stopped Columbia Basin College. We had opportunity to communicate Japanese class students. At that time, I talked to 2 boys with my friend.
