Wonderful Experience at Spokane County Fair

I really enjoyed riding enjoyable rides at Spokane County Fair. It have been long time since I rode rides last at a theme park or a fair, so I was very excited. When I saw them, I was very thrilled, and I decided to buy an unlimited ticket package soon. I rode many rides. I especially enjoyed a roller coaster, a boat-shaped ride and a Ferris wheel.

I was extremely nervous and exciting when I got on a first attraction, a roller coaster which circles turning upside down. I wanted to get easy one first because I have forgotten how I had felt getting on a roller coaster. My friends chosen it, but actually I wanted to stop getting on it many time when I lined. However my exciting feeling was stronger than anxious feeling, so I sit down the seat. However I was so scared that I screamed even before it hadn`t started yet. After starting moving, I wasn`t feel scared at all and I was excited.

After that I enjoyed a boat - shaped ride the most. It was not violent and I was only a little fearful. I was able to feel like my body was floating, and I like that feeling which is little strange. Also, before I got on it, I got very fearful rides first, I was able to have a room in my heart. That`s why It was an absolutely enjoyable ride for me.

Finally, I felt relaxed and I`m also surprised when I rode a Ferris wheel. I usually don`t ride one when I go to theme park in Japan because It is boring to me. However, I discovered that it also a good ride. Actually, I was tired because I experienced many violent rides. Therefore I wanted to experienced slow ride. It made me calm.Surprisingly, once it stooped on the top while 10 second. I was little scared, but I was able to see the whole scene below. It was very beautiful. This ride was comfortable and stunning.

All in all, riding these rides was wonderful at Spokane County Fair. Although I felt nervous or scared, every ride was exciting.

Unforgettable Southwest Trip

I went on a totally amazing Southwest trip with my classmates. The trip was my first time to go to the Southwest so everything was new to me. Sarah, Anikke and Bethany came with us. They made our trip more exciting. I’m happy I could go on this trip with them and I had a lot of great experiences. First, I really enjoyed New Mexico. It was chilly but not too cold. I went to the Old Town in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I liked the Old Town because there are many cute things and good restaurants in there. For example, I found a gate that was decorated with a lot of red chili peppers. I had never seen anything like that before so I was very surprised and it looked like a lot of flowers from a distance. The red chili peppers were absolutely gorgeous. Not only that, I found a great restaurant. I forgot the name of the restaurant but they have really delicious Mexican food. They gave me some Mexican chips for free and recommended that I eat the chips with honey. I really like Mexican ...

Fabulous Southwest Trip

The Southwest trip was absolutely amazing because I leaned the culture of the area a lot. I spent 7 days in the southwest and I impressed by people who live there and by their culture. These things were totally different from Japan and the people there preserved their traditions carefully. I talk to a lot of Americans and I saw wonderful nature during the trip. There are three absolutely wonderfu and amazing places that I enjoyed. First, I went to a lot of museums and all of them were very interesting. I especially liked The Museum of International Folk Art. The museum has more than 130,000 objects from more than 100 countries! My favorite object was a smiling skeleton doll. This object’s theme was Day of The Dead. When I saw it, I remembered COCO which is a Pixar movie. I also liked The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum. Georgia O’Keeffe was an American artist and she painted a lot of flowers and nature. I think her paintings are brimming with kindness ...

Completely amazing trip

I had a good time visiting the Southwest USA with Extension students from 15 to 21, October. It was an education trip and I experienced new things and there was a lot of nature which is comfortable for me. I was looking forward to going on the Southwest trip for a long time. I have image that the Southwest is very hot but this place was cold than Spokane. It was interesting that the temperature was totally different in the same place. There were three emotions that I experienced on this trip. First, I was moved by the beautiful landscape of the Grand Canyon. It is absolutely enormous. When I look down the cliff, I remembered the teacher's caution for us that there are lots of people who die and I scared. I and my roommate wanted to see the sunrise so we tried to got up at 4:00 a.m. and then we could see the sunrise which was really fabulous.
