Traditional Fruit from a
Small Island
As you
know, people all over the world aren’t surrounded by the same fruit. Japan has some unique things about fruit. Japanese fruit is expensive, but the fruit is worthy of the
price. Some Japanese farmers want to make new delicious fruit, such as growing a
grape which doesn’t have seed. Some
Japanese farmers grow fruit with all their heart so they cover each fruit with paper one by one. Japan
has a traditional dry fruit which is healthy for people’s bodies. A long time ago, the dry fruit was eaten as a
sweet in winter, especially on New Years’ day.
Japan
has different fruit from other countries, different ways to grow fruit and
