This
presentation will discuss the Japanese medical insurance system. There are three big groups of medical insurance
in Japan: insurance provided by employers; insurance for those over 75 years
old people are provided medical insurance and national health care for by
people who don’t have a job or for day laborers. As a result, every Japanese can apply for some
medical insurance and treatment whenever they need. The presenter will show now it is a very
useful affordable system for Japanese. However,
the insurance system is costly for employers and government.
